Dodge Charger
The 2007 Dodge Charger is a modern-styled, four-door coupe that combines rear-wheel-drive muscle car power, sports car handling and leading-edge technology to deliver a thrilling driving experience. A 2.7-liter V-6 engine, which provides 190 horsepower and 190 lb.-ft of torque and a fuel economy rating of 21/28 (city/hwy) also has been added to the Charger lineup for 2007.
"We've combined American rear-wheel-drive muscle car genes with 21st century DaimlerChrysler performance, safety and customer-convenience technology to make the Dodge Charger a fun-to-drive, affordable, five-passenger sedan," said George Murphy, Senior Vice President – Global Marketing, Chrysler Group. The V-8 HEMI engine is equipped with a Multi-displacement System (MDS) that transparently shuts down four of the eight cylinders when full V-8 power is not needed, improving fuel economy as much as 20 percent without sacrificing vehicle performance.
Dodge Caliber
Tire-smoking 300 horsepower — 85 more than the original Dodge SRT4 — and 260 lb.-ft. of torque and a 0-60 mph time of less than 6 seconds highlight the all-new Dodge Caliber. "The all-new 2007 Dodge Caliber SRT4 achieves the SRT mission of offering benchmark performance for the best price," said George Murphy, Senior Vice President – Global Marketing, Chrysler Group. "With 300 horsepower under the hood, the Dodge Caliber SRT4 will dominate the sport-compact market." With true tuner performance right out of the box and a great price, enthusiasts immediately took to the original SRT4. "We couldn't wait to infuse Dodge Caliber with the SRT formula," said Murphy. "The all-new 2007 Dodge Caliber SRT4 delivers a strong dose of all-around performance while delivering more than 28 miles per gallon on the highway. Our new SRT pocket rocket is going to be a hoot to drive."
Dodge Durango

Underneath its new exterior design, Dodge engineers will configure Dodge Durango for Chrysler Group's first production state-of-the-art full hybrid system. Future modifications to the floor, second-row seats, and electrical system will pave the way for the Dodge Durango Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) — available in 2008 — which will be linked to the 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 engine, providing customers up to 25-percent improved fuel economy. For 2007, offering best-in-class power, Dodge Durango offers the award-winning 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 engine — featuring Chrysler Group's fuel-saving Multi-displacement System (MDS). An E85-compatible 4.7-liter Flexible-fuel Vehicle (FFV) V-8 engine is also available.
